2. Purpose of this website
This website presents photography, video, web and social-media services. It is currently under construction. No orders are accepted, no contracts are concluded and no comments can be submitted through the website at this time.
3. Hosting and server log data
The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When the website is accessed, technically necessary access data are processed. These may include the requested page or file, referrer, browser type and version, operating system, device type, time of access and an anonymised IP address. IONOS states that web-hosting visitor data are retained for eight weeks and that data are additionally processed within WebAnalytics.
The processing is necessary to provide the website securely, reliably and without technical errors. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website.
4. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns steps prior to entering into a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data are deleted once the enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention duties or legitimate interests require longer storage.
5. Contact via WhatsApp
The website provides only a link to WhatsApp. Only after you click this link do you leave our website and access a service provided by WhatsApp or Meta. Personal data may then be processed under the provider’s terms and may be transferred to third countries. Use is voluntary; email is available as an alternative contact method.
6. Comments, orders and contact forms
Comments are disabled. There is currently no ordering system, customer account or contact form. The corresponding data are therefore not collected through this website.
7. Cookies, tracking and external content
At present, the publicly accessible website does not use marketing or analytics cookies, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, newsletter services, embedded maps, externally loaded fonts or embedded YouTube or Vimeo videos. No service requiring consent is loaded before consent is given. If this changes, this privacy policy and the consent mechanism will be updated before the new service is enabled.
8. Recipients and processing on our behalf
IONOS SE receives technically necessary hosting data as our hosting and data-processing provider. Data are disclosed to other recipients only where permitted or required by law or where you have consented.
9. Retention
Personal data are stored only for as long as required for the relevant purpose or by statutory retention obligations. Visitor data identified by IONOS for web hosting are retained for up to eight weeks.
10. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
11. Right to complain
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. The Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, is generally responsible for private-sector organisations established in Bavaria.
12. Encryption and updates
The website is provided through encrypted HTTPS. This privacy policy will be updated before new features or external services are introduced.
